Bookings require a 25% (refundable) deposit with payment made in full 14 days prior to your arrival date.
Any cancellation must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to your arrival date and your room re-let to receive a refund. If we are unable to re-let your room a 25% cancellation fee will apply. This fee also applies to all ‘short notice’ cancellations.
Payment is accepted by PayPal, Cheque, International Bank Transfer or Cash on arrival.

A choice of breakfast is served between 7.30am and 9.00am, but we are quite happy to have breakfast available earlier but prior notice is required.
Towels are provided throughout your stay and bathrobes can be provided on request, but please remember to bring your own beach towels.NO persons other than registered guests shall stay, visit or use any of the facilities at Sunnymead. Single room rates will apply to a person who is not a registered guest.
ALL breakages and ANY spillages or stains that require cleaning will be charged.
NO SMOKING in the building but we are quite happy for smokers to use the front or back garden.
Lost room keys will incurr a £7.00 replacement charge
